will dwarf puffers eat each other?

Just curious - I've got two dwarf puffers and one is quite a bit bigger than the other. Is there a chance of the bigger one eating the smaller one? The bigger one is somewhere between 3/4 inch and 1 inch, and the smaller one is maybe 1/3 inch. I'm thinking that as long as I feed them well, it shouldn't be a problem. I'm feeding them once a day. I was feeding them frozen brine shrimp, and just bought some frozen bloodworms to feed them. No snails yet...

All puffers are relatively aggressive compared to the typical tropical aquarium fishies, so it's a good thing that you're concerned about your two dwarves. The bigger puff may nip at the smaller one, but having lots of swimming space, broken lines of sight, etc. I think you'll be okay. I've never had any of my dwarves really be actively aggressive with each other ... although my males harass the females constantly (but that's a different story
).

I've got the swimming space covered! 20 gallons for 2 DP's. It looks nearly empty. Not much in there for breaking line of site. There's a little batch of fake plants and a small decoration that is a little cave with broken down Roman-looking columns above it. The smaller puffer likes hiding in the plants, the bigger one seems to have taken a liking to the back right corner of the tank. These decorations were great when I had them in the 5 gallon aquarium, I need to pick up more for this 20 gallon though!

PS. I'm thinking about picking up some more fake plants, I've seen a couple places around here that sell glow-in-the-dark ones. I'd like those, but not sure if they would bother the fish?
