a wart like growth

my starry puffer has a wart like growth on him, is this anything to worry about? or is it synonymous with the species? arothron stellatus

Probablly not good. Can you get a pic or describe it better? Also whatsize tank is he in? Any tankmates?

its only tiny and hasn't increased in size, but it moves about (ie: waves when he swims) its black in colour (same colour as the part of his body that its on) other than that i don't know how to describe it. its not smooth.
