small lumps on the back of my tetraodon sebahesis

Hi i have just finished a course of protozin for white spot on my fish a few days ago and now he seems like he has a couple of lumps under his skin on his back can anybody help with a reason for this please?

What shape are they? Can you get a good, clear picture of them?

they are oval and kidney shaped only very small they dont raise up much but are noticeable sorry cant get a pic cant find camera

Mine had one on the back on his left hand side, went on his own. He has developed another two. one has already disappeared then other is going. Dont know why he got them or what they are but they seem to go on their own. i added Melafix only one and it didnt seem to make a difference to them.
