Can I run a CO2 system with an arrowhead? I have a 29 gallon planted tank that I want to add and arrowhead to. Will this be ok on the fish? As I have read that puffers are sinsitive to chemicals, so I wanted to know if it was the same for CO2?

Not at all, just make sure that the co2 system is not a design the puffer could easily damage or break.

Yup, puffers aren't sensitive to CO2 so they don't care if you add it or not.
