Dwarf Puffer with Ick

My Puffer has ick i know for sure we bought some ick away by Wardley and have had it in there for 2 days now and he shows no sign of getting better is there a better product and how long will it take for him to get better please help!

Heat and salt are the best way of eradicating the Ich, there's an article in the library on it.

Agree with Hilly. I would do a very large volume water change to remove as much of the ich chemicals as possible, as they can do more harm than good. Then slowly raise the temp and add salt as the article directs.
