So im still pretty new at this hole puffer thing. I've done my research and purchased 2 gsps. One was a little sickly at first but he came around pretty fast. So here is my delema. My 2 puffers are juv. and you are supposed to feed them 6 days a week right. Well on their fasting day I noticed they still had some decent sized bellies on them. I looked around and there it was. the head of my rosie minnow starter fish. Now is this going to be a reacurring problem for fish in the future or will it be ok to feed them a little on that day. Any suggestions.

Skip a day/week & as they get older, skip more. Get those rosies out of there.

Fasting one day a week is probably good for all fish, other than fry.

The bigger concern at the moment is why do you have the rosies in there? They are not right for the type of water GSP's need (brackish) and they are notorious for carrying diseases.
