hi my fish was of co-lour the other week got him sorted , had my water checked that is fine but he is sitting at the bottom of the tank breathing very slow ? please help

We need more information. Tank size, tankmates, how long has it been set up, how long have you had him (and any tankmates), ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, and what kind of puffer it is.
