How much space for two F8?

The PufferPedia says: "A tank size of 15 gallons for one Figure 8 and"
And there it stops! I guess it's supposed to say how much space you need for more F8s. So what's the smallest tank for two of them? I am thinking about buying two (if they still have), when I am taking home my suvatti next week (Yippeee!).

Yes, I know I am insane to bring home even more puffers, as I already have my house full of tanks, and 6 of the tanks already contains those nice little "bubbles" But I've wanted F8s ever since I saw my first picture of one (which was even before I bought my first puffer, which again is only half a year ago  ). Luckily I have a spare filter up and running already. If I know pet shops, the F8 will be in FW. Actually it's a possibility they already are in BW, as this is one of the few pet shops that at least know a little about puffers. Both of my irrubescos, Jack the Ripper and Hufflepuff is bought there :-D Well, I have to check it out anyway, as it's the first time I have ever come across a shop with F8 (yes, it's true! I've never seen a F8 in my entire life!).

I believe the usual recommendation is 15g for one F8, 10 more gallons for each additional F8. So 25g minimum for 2.

Ouch! And I have 22G ready for them. I guess that would be pushing it?

It might be doable with faithful weekly maintenance and large volume water changes, depending on their personalities. I personally wouldn't get more than 1 though. With decor and whatnot, there's probably less than 20g actual water volume.

When it comes to my puffers, I try to do water changes every other day, changing almost half the water each time. So the maintenance routines is in place :-) I will have a look at the size of them too. If they are still pretty small, I can have them in 22G as a start, at least (yeah, right! Intermediate things have the habit of becoming permanent). That means that I soon will have to order some more SW mix, though. I still have quite a lot left, but I will be moving the GSP to a bigger tank pretty soon too, so I will have to spend plenty of it
Well, not until next week, anyway (someone is waiting for payday...). So I have some time to prepare yet.
