my dwarf puff fish is sick, help...

we purchased 2 dwarf puffer fish about 2 to 3 weeks ago. they were fine until a week ago we noticed they were gone, hiding. then my husband noticed that one was laying eggs. well i don't know which one had the baby but we now have a lil baby dwarf puffer. but one of the dwarf puffer was bought is sick. it just lays on the bottom doesn't eat and barely moves, and its color has gotten darker, can someone please tell me if this dwarf puffer is gonna make or if there is anything i can do to help it. the other dwarf puffer and baby are fine.
