my baby fig 8 is puffed and has been for a half hour now? is this bad what do i do?

Was he frightened suddenly? Was he out of the water at the time? Is he having trouble swimming?

Let it be for a while and let him relax. Hopefully he'll go back to normal on his own.

not frightened to my knowledge, hasnt been out of the tank, and is having a little bit of trouble swimming'

it could need burping I suppose, I hope its ok :s
