Puffers are amazing animals. My little (big) Hufflepuff really showed his personality today. He has been begging for food all day. Every time I have passed his tank, he has followed me, swimming up and down. A few minutes ago i gave him a freeze dried krill (after soaking it for a while), and now he is angry with me! He hasn't touched the krill, and is just staying in a corner of the tank, looking really grumpy! "Huh! So that's all you have to offer me?"

I have never seen a fish doing that

yeh my fahaka has mood swings. if someone comes round he doesnt know, he sulks and turns really dark.
if i throw something in the tank he doesnt like, he'll sulk. its really funny.

and he gets angry if he can see me with his food but hes not getting it quick enough

One time I made the mistake of trying to give my little girl a couple of prepared fish-food flakes. As they settled onto the gravel, she zoomed over. She stated at them for a second, then looked up at me, looked back at the flakes, and then swam off to hide in her plants. I've never been given such a dirty look from a fish in my entire life.

My cutcutia sulks in the corner if I pay more attention to my DPs in the tank beside him.

I think our puffs are getting a little jealous, cuz I keep looking over at our salt tank to check if our new fishies are OK.

Clooney doesn't like it if a lot of people are looking into the tank at one time. Normally at parties, so I can't blame him, I'd turn my back on a bunch of drunk idiots too
