Figure 8 puffers - Schooling fish similar to SAP's?

Well, the question is in the title really, are Figure 8's schooling fish?
The reason I ask, is because you don't hear so much about them scrapping like you might the red eye puffer family, plus, IME, they can be prone to glass chasing like the SAP's.
Plus, I just got another 2 and have added them to my brackish tank and they swim together, and mimic each other, for instance, the Figure 8 before never picked at the rocks until the 2 "bigger" puffers started doing it. Strength in numbers?
Further to this, plenty of people keep multiple figure 8's on the forums, anyone see any troubles?
