gold mystery snails?

Any info on them? I want to start breeding some to feed my puffers.How big do they get? And what do I need to start this project and my LFS will sell me 1-2" ones for a 1$ ea.

Mystery snails are beedable, but relatively slow, plus rather large and may be hard-shelled. Common pond snails or common ramshorns are much more practical.

I got given a dozen or so Red Ramshorns and currently 3 weeks later have about 40-50 tiny babies....give it another month and i should have a lovely sustainable supply for my Salivators

They are apple snails and will require a simulated seasonal change to induce egg laying, so it's quite some trouble to set up, but they do lay a ton of eggs at a time. They are annoying for most puffers, so I'd probably just breed pond snails, faster, easer, cheaper.
