I bought a green spotted puffer a few weeks ago. He was doing great for the first couple weeks. But for the last week, he hasn't been eating, his stomach randomly changes from black back to white... switches for unknown reasons. He's also been just laying on the bottom of the take. Any help?

Helex, what are you water conditions like? Ammonia, Nitrite, Nitrate, Ph, SG, Temperature? And what sized tank is it?
