African Dwarf Frogs

My daughter has a 10g tank with one mlae paradise fish and 2 ADFs. They are definitely not clawed frogs.
They have been living happily together for about 8 months now.
The substrate is pool filter sand(6moths old) and they are fed frozen blood worms mon, wed, fri. Althought the paradise fish eats the worms the frogs get plenty and have nice round bellies after feeding.
Recently the fogs have developed reddish legs and in the last few days the redness has spread up thier sides a bit as well as they seem to be developing some white patches on their sides. Their behavior has not changed and they are as active and as goofy as always.
Water: Nh3 0 No2 0 No3 20 Ph 7.8 82'F
I read somewhere about red legs meaning some sort of fungus. Anyone have any thoughts.
The paradise fish is the main priority here as my daughter is very fond of it. Should I remove the frogs? Has anyone had this?
