Im pretty sure this girl is an irrubesco. Can someone confirm this?

I bought 2 last saturday, both female as thats all the shop had in. One died last night for no apparrent reason, but this one is still going strong. Im on the lookout for a male too, so if you know where one is.....

Well if she is a salivator than thats a bit of luck!! lol £4 each I paid lol. Just a shame the bloke only had the females in really.

I'm not too sure it being a female Salivator, the base colour of the fish looks wrong to me.

But where's the red tail?

agree with Rocker. only the male ones must have the red tail.

Salivator the lines on the belly join up, on irrubesco they're all broken. This is in most cases, and I'd agree, irrubesco.

The red tail is not that obvious depending on the lighting situation. I had mine for a long time and new it was irrubesco but couldn't see the red tail. Took a picture and there it was. She also had a tank swop with different lighting and then was very obvious.
