Since I moved my Pink Spot Puffer over to his new tank, he hasn't been acting right. Its a 55 gallon and he hasn't swam up over half way to the top. He was doin it last night, I woke up this morning to find him laying on the bottom, belly down, and severely discolored looking really white. he wasn't breathing so I went to take him out of the tank cuz I feared he was dead, as soon as I put him in the next we swam out and all his color came back. No he's sitting in the corner, severely discolored again and breathing heavily.
Any ideas on what could be wrong, I don't wanna loose my prized possession

I take it the tank is fullt cylced and the water is perfect? It is more than likely sulking if you cannot find any other reason to explain this behaviour. I think puffers are renowned for having little strop off when they get put into new surroundings

I moved him back to the 20 gallon he was in before I set up to a refugium and he's happy as can be. The only thing is he's in the cabinet of the tank now, and I wanna be able to see him. All my tests came out perfect, calcium at 425 which is a lil low, keep it at 450 normally, but that shouldn't have 2 big of an effect on him.

I would think it is just sulking, though my marine pufer knowledge is non-existant, I'm not sure it would be much else

I've moved him back into the main tank for the past couple of days and just been using the actinic lighting in my tank. He's happier and is moving around the tank. I'm gonna leave just actinic tomorrow and on Tuesday turn on the regular light slowly and see what happens. All my tests still turn out fine.
