Yah lol that was a bit of a mistake when they got fed that time just go the bloodworms in sheets and didnt know how many were in a little piece haha learned my lesson

I like the tail markings.

Very nice. I think a solid coloured background would really make it pop. Black may be too black because of the gravel, but maybe blue?

Well im changing the substrate to white sand sometime. Can i use playsand or is pool filter sand better? I know about the mixing cause of the gasses.

Hey I personally like pool filter sand better. It's much easier to get ready for your tank because of it's larger grain and I think the brighter white looks better than the brown look of play sand.

I had a buddy that decided he wanted a sand substrate in a tank. I recommended pool sand, but he bought play sand. It took forever to get it to settle. It looked like a swamp.

I prefer pool filter sand or "very fine gravel". Play sand is okay but every movement stirs it up and I've ruined one filter impeller by sand getting sucked in. The larger grained stuff is much easier to work with and the fish are able to dig and bury in it just fine.
