Need some help with my guppies!

I have a community tank and it has a few guppies and tetras and mollies, nothing too serious or even aggressive for that matter.

I noticed today that one of my guppies is looking a little thin (thinner than the other for sure and they were about the same size when I bought them) its fin are also somewhat torn apart, very ragged. Any ideas why or how this came about? What can I do for him/her? should I take it out of the tank?

If you can QT them, I would.

They may be getting out competed for food. (Mollies can be very pushy at mealtimes.) If the little bloke's fins are torn up, he may be getting picked on... some alone time might be just the thing, but I'd keep an eye on all your guppies.

Do they have the big pretty tails? If so they are male, and possibly interested in killing each other.
