The ick is gone the white worms are gone but they black blotches on the belly are still there and he only eats in the morn i am doing water changes everyday to keep ammonia and nitrites at 0 adding more and more salt still the hydrometer reads nothing but there is salt laying on everything like a thin film. I pour the salt in the bucket then fill it up and stir and stir until sure its desolved then put the new salt water in the tank. I am using instant ocean. He just continues to race up and down very seldom stops to check stuff out or just rest and after i did the water change today his gills begain to move fast and he turned almost black there was more white fim an he beggan to look loke a bobber in the water getting held down by sinkers so i did another 25% water chane adding only freshwater but he is doing bad looks unstable i did all in all 75% water change today never had this prob before there is no way this hydrometer is working any advice please

Sounds to me like the salt isn't completely dissolved or it wouldn't be laying on anything. Try mixing the salt water a day or two in advance and putting a powerhead in there or even a bubble wand to help keep the water moving so it dissolves better.

The black blotches may just be the coloring of the fish. My newest GSP has more black around the sides of its tummy than my other one does.
