I just dont know what to do. He is worse today than yesterday I think he might have internal parasites it would explain the rings and blotches on his belly after the 90% water change last night his gills went back to normal bt he just lays there still covered in white spots still wont eat should i try and treat him with tank buddys parasite remover and how do i feed it to him i know the food must soak in it but i've been feeding him brine shrimp and they just fall to pieces when the hit the water he used to chase even the smallest piece but now he just lets fall all around him he some time looks like he is spitting gravel out of his mouth or just blowing on it he is very dark there is links to pics in the post somebody help me please" there not the best but all i could get i am trying to uplaod a better video i just dont know what elsa to do.

Until you can get a good still pic, I can't tell what might be worng with him. If he does have worms under the skin, there's not much you can do. If he had parasited in his stomach/intestines, you can try soaking the food in garlic & the med.
