Hi there, I have posted a topic on the general discussion board http://www.thepufferforum.com/forum/vie ... php?t=7080 regarding the type of puffer mine is, i came to a conclusion that it is indeed a type of fahaka puffer...however i just wanted to double check with you fresh water experts. They probably come in lots of color/pattern variations, i am just not 100% sure as most of the fahaka's seem to have stripes from the head to back fin, and mine doesn't.

Any opinions/confirmations would be great help and i can finally go to sleep with worrying about "yet to be named" :P

by Martin Hi.
...does it have only three stripes? if yes, it could be a very young chelonodon patoca. how big is he?
