White lump

I have a GSP and he had a big white lump on him back, and he wont eat, and doesent move much.....

It could be a tumor if it's on the back... or a cyst. It may break on it's own, but try to reply with all water parameters(numbers, not "ok") and his recent diet, size of tank, etc.
