I have had tons on my puffer and have gotten great answers so please help again with this. I switched my puffer to the brakish water today i did the drip thing before i put him in. He is eating very well but the black blotches have not gone away and now that he is in flourescent lights i notice he is cover in what i think is ick it would have to just really gotten bad since i placed him in the brakish water cause he is covered but i don't see any one his fins sure its just a matter of time though frantic a checked the fw tank he had been in and checked the 2 baby cichlids 1 was fine but the other has 2 white dots on its head oppisite sides i raised the temp in the fw and added aquarium salt but my real que is the puffer would have had to have had ick in the fw tank so would moving him to the bw kill the ick cause the salt its not fully brakish yet was advised add a lil salt at a time but added 1 teaspoon per gal and if anyone has a pic of ick on a puffer please let me see it so i can be sure.
