My puffing turgidus

Hi everyone.
Ammonia - 0ppm
Nitrite - 0ppm
Nitrate - 5ppm
pH - 7.4
Temp. - 78F
With that said here's my question:
Over the last week or so my turgidus has been puffing to get my attention to feed him. What should I do? I know attention seeking because he will deflate when I put my face by the tank then he will zoom around and beg for food. When i don't put my face up to the tank he stays puffed and moves to an end of the tank where he sees movement.
I hear it is stressful when puffers puff and he does it every morning and every evening. Should I change his feeding schedule? Any advice would be appreciated.

I find that alot of puffers do inflate simply for practise. If nothing is a miss I wouldn't worry too much. Just grab a camara and start taking some pics.

Ok, I just didn't think it would be normal for him to do it twice a day, sometimes for extended periods of time.
