Ok, I looked in the Pufferpedia, and I noticed that ALL the specimens (if not most anyway) Are a bright neon green colour.
Bubbles is NOT bright neon green..he's more of a..Golden...
Variation of normal? Or what?

We have five GSP's at work one of them is more a golden color. I think their coloration varies somewhat based on mood. I've seen some of the others change color when it's feeding time and I've noticed that their color varies throughout the day. Most often though, they are the nice neon green, except the one who is more yellow I've never seen him neon green.
