im getting a single Dp tommorow for a 10g and plan to buy the food at the same time.
what should i get for a baby dp?
i have pond snails and ghost shrimp already.
anything else for a younging?
also how many times do i feed it?
once a day?
every second day
also everyone tells me that you feed them until there tummies r ncie and round.
but wouldnt it take time for that to happen?
i did with my sharks, i would feed them then maybe 5 minutes later there stomachs would be nice and round and lumpy.

Frozen bloodworms or live blackworms are another DP favourite.
Their bellies plump up immediately when they eat, thanks to their highly elastic stomach & skin.
Some DPs don't bother with ghost shrimp, some do. Snails may need to be crushed between tweezers the first few times.
Feed once a day while small. Once mature, every other day is fine.

Mine also LOVE frozen (then thawed, of course) mysis shrimp. Unlike brine shrimp, they are very nutritious.
