I just found out from my girlfriends mother that Prof Peabody the dwarf puffer has died. Apparently the heater fried and boiled the water overnight. Not even the snails survived.

The heater was a 25W Marineland. I thought it was a pretty good quality heater, but I guess there is always a chance of failure.

BTW, she would like to thank everyone who voted for Prof Peabody's tank in last months compitition. She was very pleased with herself for winning.

Sorry to hear of Prof Peabody's demise.

He looks like he was a very happy DP. Especially in that beautiful tank.
