This is what I am feeding them as of now..

puffer (3 inches)- twice a day, two to three krill each time, thawed
rabbitfish (4 inches) once a day brine, pellets, or flakes
firefish- eats the left overs

All food is soaked in garlic every other day.

I don't want to over or underfeed. Is my puffy eating enough or too often?

Enough so that its stomach is slightly rounded but not bulging.

once a day though, twice a day? a snack before bedtime? haha

At that size, I'd feed once a day.
