Stellatus with Parasite?

Hi, I have a 8" Arothron stellatus that eats like a pig but never gains weight! Ive had him almost a year now and he hasnt grown much at all. I am 100% sure there is something wrong, maybe an intestinal worm? He eats a lot when I feed then goes and "sits" at the bottom of the tank. Whats the best way to rid my fish of parasites?????
