I need to get my drawf puffers out of a tank, they are very small right now. Do you think they would kill my guppies and sun glo neons for a bout 5 days til I get my new tank set up?

Probably. A tank divider might work.

I've had to keep my dp in my 20g with my 5 neon's, until I can get my 10 cycled again after changing my gravel with Eco complete, and they don't even have nips on them. He's been in there for a week now. My big swordtail 'Red Sonya', who pushes all the other girl swordies around, is the only one with nips on her tail.

I'm keeping some endler's with my DPs in a heavily planted 29 gallon. Since late July, I have had no problems... but I do have a backup plan!
If you can get a divider, I'd do that. Most stores carry them for 10 gallon tanks, and they are usually not to pricey.
