Plants and other questions?

I'm interested in purchasing some live plants for my 55 that are similar to my Burrfish's surroundings such as grass any suggestions?
I have an artificial one that reminds me of a spider plant and she hangs out there the most and that is something I would be interested in.
Planning on getting some seaweed too.
Do I need a UV sterilizer?
