I just picked up a 2 inch fahaka puffer, and it eyes appear hazed, kinda like the stressed hazed....but the thing is when I saw it in the store it had the same looking eyes....can it be an infection, blind or do they just look like that???

Cloudy eye. My GSP gets that whenever he's stressed. Often a water quality issue, too.

Is your tank cycled? What size is it and what are the water parameters?

maybe I'm thinking the water conditions of the pet store aren't that great, will it clear up......also activity and eating are fine, ate after 2 hours of being home.....

well water quality fine, I have a few tanks, and its been fully cycled, I think your right though, stress could be it, he was in a 10 gallon tank when I got him today. like i said its about 2 inches now so hopefully he'll be OK.....

I'm finding it very interesting that you keep avoiding answering the basic questions. I'm not picking on you, these are the standard questions that are asked whenever anyone posts a problem in the hospital section. See the sticky note.

well mine had one cloudy eye when I got it, put him in his new tank yesterday and has already cleared up...it amazed even me.
