well i have a 10 gallon tank, fully cycled, and ready for my DP

1) what are some plants that they'll like, i personaly thinki mabye they'll like anacharis

2) is gravel better than sand?

3) is tubefex worms good for them?

4) what type of filtering equipment should i get so far i have a whisper 20 i think with bio foam, i really suck at knowing the filters so please help me out on this one

5) in the tank i have a heater and a filter, is taht enough?

6) i hate throwing the worms in the tank for them cause they just burry themselves in the gravel and it's gross, any suggestions on how to feed them so the tank stays cleaner without dead worms

7) any other suggestions?

THANKS GUYS FOR HELPING ME OUT BEFORE AND THIS TIME i love you guys

1) They aren't picky as long as there are lots.
2) Nope, they don't really care since they aren't burrowers. Gravel is easier to care for.
3) I stay away from Tubifex worms personally, they're sort of like garbage worms. I prefer to use bloodworms and blackworms.
4) The Whisper filters are fine.
5) Yup, although some DPs also like a small bubble wand. Mine love to swim through the bubbles.
6) Use frozen. :)

They seem to like to lay their eggs in Java moss.

You can also use a cone feeder - to minimize losing food in the gravel. I keep a host of shrimp with my DP's...both ghost and amano - they do a good job of catching loose food.
