Can someone help me identify what kind of puffer these are and if they're male/female?Thank you.

Looks like hard water spots, like when your glasses dry in the dishwasher.

It is a male C. irrubesco, and it bears the sure sign of being kept in extremly small & crowded quarters with other (probably similar) puffers.
The marks on his skin is bitemarks.
Poor little fella...

Those are typical puffer bite marks. They look to be healing well though.

Most Irrubescos/Lortetis that you find are like that (esp males since its more obvious on a dark body.)

Oh the poor little darling! Look at all those bites!
I have a super soft spot for irrubescos for some reason, never owned one, probably never will, but they are so gorgeous.

are those spots really bite marks??? damn!!! poor litle guy he does get attacked quite often though,i think i'll remove him and bring him back to my lfs.the 2 first pics are the same puff and the 2 other are the other guy,wich one is female and wich one is male?Or are they both males?

should i trade in the agressive one for another or just bring him back and keep only one?

Lorteti are very aggressive. Irrubescos are much less so. So trading them in is a personal decision. I'd say keep them if they aren't harassing each other but if they are, you'll have to rehome at least one.
Man, I'd love one myself. You wouldn't happen to live around the neighborhood, would you?
Or you could ship it to me.

Ahh, I thought they were like that before you got them and perhaps someone else was doing the biting. Yup, you'll have to take at least one back.
