I fed my dwarf puffers blood worms yesterday and the one had this blood worm hanging out of its mouth, i thought he was just keeping it till it was hungary again, but today it still has it there, does anyone know anything about this?

It could be stuck in his teeth  . Check if his breathing is odd and he might have it caught in it's throat  . Check and tell me.

my modestus someitimes swims around for hours with a small bit of food hanging off his lip. quite funny really, espeacially since he is so oblivious to it.

Heh, my more active GSP is the first to get the food and eats it all. Then bites on the last piece of krill and steals it from the other puffs before they can even touch it... Doesn't even eat it.
