Porcupine Puffer won't eat, seems blind

We have a porcupine (salt water) puffer we've had for about a year. We have a "fish guy" who comes bi-weekly to clean and maintain the 120 gallon tank we inherited when we bought our house.

Problem: Our Puffer hasn't eaten anything for 4 days straight. His eyes have become increasingly cloudy, almost like lots of tiny little scratches over the pupils. He swims around like he's blind, bumping into things.

Our fish guy hasn't returned any of our calls although he claims to have 24 hour emergency service!

Is there anything we can do as complete aquarium novices?

the eyes being cloudy are generally a sign of one of two things. either poor water quality which means you need to take water out of the tank and mix new saltwater and fill the tank with that.

that other reasons are poor nutrition, and p9ossibly injury or bullying.

can you give me more info on your tank, like how long has it been set up, what filtartion is on it, what types of fish and how many.

What kind of water changes has the guy been doing on your tank? What have you been feeding it?
