I have a 240L tank and its homed to a single Fahaka around 6" (not including tail) I also have a 120L tank homed to a single Green Terror(5"). It wasnt till yesterday i descided to take the risk and house them together. At first the puffer was curious and came over to check out the hiding terror. around 2 hours later the terror emerged out of its hiding place and began to swim around in search of food. Within minutes the terror made himself at home and explored. Even though my puffer hadnt done anything i was still dam worried about him shredding the terror apart during the night but i took the risk. and woke up in the morning to see them both lying under a peice of bog wood Im so pleased i hope they continue to get along

There have not been that many cases with a Fahaka being housed with a tankmate. There have been plecos before, but a green terror is a new one. Glad to hear they are doing well! Be us further on other interactions between them!

You can just cut and paste them. I tried to house a jack dempsey with my fahaka but it didnt work to well, he went after him right away.

Wonder how a pike would do... Or a florida gar...

Your Fahaka sounds like a lovely fish and rare at that size. It is deservent of the best. Your tank sounds like a nice setting if plenty of hiding places are set up. At about 63 gals converting from (L) liters, It may be a close call, but watch them closely. Either one could lose while you were away I would think. I haven't really tried larger size although if they look like the one above it is a beautiful fish. My chiclids are littler guys.
