Hello all, I wanted to see if anybody has see this before. It appears that my Porcupine Puffer Timmy likes hermit crabs, as fish not food. I added a few small hermit crabs to the tank to give him something to chase and wear down his beak on but it appears that he has taken a liking to them. One make it into the cave where he sleeps and now he lays on top of it protecting it from the wrasse. The wrasse tries to get at it but anytime it gets near the hermit crab Timmy lays on top protecting it. And it is now obvious that the crab is not afraid of Timmy as it has its body out and is sifting sand, while under Timmy. Has my puffer turned into a sissy?

My Porky worse then yours I think. I got 2 Cleaners shrimp in there. 2 Different size by 1cm. My Porky friend with the big and don't like the small one. One day he ate it., then I bought another one back with same size, he ate the new one also after a week. He don't bother the old one that he friend with. From time to time after feeding, he will swim to the Shrimp cave and let the old buddy clean his mouth and climb all over his body to clean him out.. I end up giving up getting another Shrimp

My Brindy likes Hermits. I added some a couple days ago and she does not even bother them. She ate the one though but that one was small enough for her to eat.
