Community Pufferfish Tank

I’m setting up a new tank. Any suggestions?
Tank 4
Stocking List:
1 Spotted Congo Pufferfish (Tetraodon Schoutedeni)
3 Yellow Marbled Synodontis (Synodontis Schoutedeni)
12 African Moon Tetras (Bathyaethiops Sp.)
Size: 40 Gallon Breeder
Temperature: 78F
Hardscape:
Mopani Wood
Guava Leaves
Smooth River Stones
Plants:
Anubias
Bolbitis
Tiger Lotus
Ammania
Water Lettuce
Cameroon Moss
African Onion Plant
Substrate:
1 Inch Soil
2 Inches Sand
Notes: The Puffer is captive bred and will be purchased from Dans Fish. The tetras and catfish are wild caught and will be purchased from The Wet Spot Tropical Fish. The exact moon tetra species cannot be determined, but they cross school with other african moon tetras and will be caught from the same school. The filtration uses 3 sponge filters rated for 40 gallons each. The heating system uses 2 100 watt heaters set to 78 degrees. Due to availability, the puffer will have to be purchased first. To prevent it from claiming the entire tank as its own territory, I will temporarily place a school of 7 lampeye killifish in the tank. The catfish and tetras will be quarantined together. They come premedicated, so their quarantine will just be observational. The pufferfish will be placed in the 40 gallon the moment it arrives as Dans Fish pre-quarantines all livestock. I have a ton of breeder tanks for daphnia, copepods, detritus worms, ostracods, ramshorn snails, bladder snails, and blackworms. I will feed the tank using a combination of live food, dry flakes, and carnivore pellets.
