SAP with epistylis

Looking for help. I’ve followed all rabbit hole treatments, water changes daily, kanaplex ich x you name it. It’s been a month. All fish still eating, one not with kanaplex mixed in. I get it down to two of them with spots as I continue treatment then boom I wake up they’re covered again. I’m at a loss. Can I do salt safely?
