Worries about Fahaka Pufferfish

My sister got a Fahaka puffer around Nov 2024 and recently left for college. She left Alvin (the pufferfish) in my care. Because he is around 3 inches long, I started researching about different foods to give him to make sure he grows up healthy. He currently is feed thawed blood worms daily. I tried introducing him to raw shrimp but he refuses to touch it. I’m not sure if he is a picky eater or not because he has been only eating blood worms (he also may of ate my panda garra but we have no proof of that). Am I doing something wrong?
