Bump on my figure 8 puffers face

I have two figure 8 puffers in a 75 gallon brackish tank (1.005 salinity), a few months ago I lost my 3rd one and have no idea what happened. But these two (Elvis *the one in the picture* and Bruce) have been going strong. Bruce is a little bigger than Elvis and seems to chase him around the tank sometimes. I got more plants to hopefully keep them busy. But one day this dark bump appeared on Elvis’ face above his eye and hasn’t gone away. Does anyone know what this is? Or how to help him?
