Porcupine puffer not eating

Heya everyone I have a porcupine puffer and he randomly stopped eating around 2 weeks ago, I assumed he was getting bullied in the tank so 3 days ago I taken to taking him out of the tank and putting him into his own tank to see if that worked. Sadly he still doesn’t eat, I’m getting to the point of being very concerned about him/her and the health does anyone have any suggestions to help me his diet consisted of the following
Large krill
Cockle in shell
Small fish
Mussel
King prawn
All dosed in garlic guard from seachem and vitamins from jbl
