My two largest South American puffers seem to be twitching, where as my smaller ones are not. Ive already treated for ich as they had it about a month ago and there is no sign of it. The smaller puffers I have are doing perfectly fine, have tested all water parameters and they are perfect. They are starting to refuse to eat and seem to be laying on the floor a whole lot more than they used to. Any ideas?

As a follow up, it seems like one has cheered up now, but the other looks as if it has heater burn on its side, any tips on how I can help them recover?
