Problem with Fahaka

Hi all from last 3 days I have problem with my Fahaka,day before he was completely fine eat well had mussels.next day I spotted he started breathing very fast with open mouth.he change colour to more black is 3 days like that now breathing heavily,swimming very slowly and his belly is a bit fat is not after food look different.all parameters water they are ok no ammonia,tank is running for 7 years.is not any another fish on this tank.
