Irrubescu numbers

Post by Glen D »

Set up a new 200 litre tank, 100cm x 40cm. Plants, rocks, wood, lots of cover. I currently have two male and one female Irrubescu in separate tanks and want to put them all in this big one. Is it large enough to all find a territory and leave each other alone? Do I go with a male/female pair (not worked in a smaller tank) or go with the care sheet advice and buy three more females for a 4/1 ratio? I am afraid that if I get more females and there is still aggression, I'll have six bloody fish to separate! Thoughts please.
