Need help with my new fahaka baby

Can someone help me! Bought a fahaka arrived Friday and was freezing cold at 12°c and died on arrival so was sent a second. We have received our new fahaka puffer and it arrived cold and lethargic. Has been put in to heat up but is still looking terribly bad. Is there anything I can do or anything I should look out for. Any advice is most appreciated thank you in advance
