Pea puffer just won’t eat

I’ve tried everything... frozen blood worms and plankton and pest snails.. ever since I got her she would glass surf and explore probably eating the detritus worms and copepods I have in the tank but today she’s been just hovering in the corner. I’ve had her for about 2 weeks and I’m very worried.
Ammonia-0
Nitrite-0
Nitrate- last time I checked 15
10 gallon tank with live plants mopani wood and snails
I’ve added the mopani wood and snails this week
I change water once a week about 25-50%
This tank has been running for a few months
I feed once a day even though she won’t eat I assume the snails eat the tiny leftovers.
