Feeding tetraodon miurus

I have had this very young tetraodon miurus, about 5cm or 2inch, from 5 days.
This fish seems to be healthy, his behavior is correct, his breath regular, he like the strong flow of the pump and play with it, is often buried in the sand and is always very hungry, in fact he comsumed yet 2 big meal.
The problem is this puffer accept ONLY live fishes...
I have tried with: frozen clams, live planorbarius, live oney moth larvae, and frozen chironomus.
The only thing that he accepted so far are live poecilia...
What kind of food can I try? I will make a colony of guppy or gambusia affinis, but that will take some months...what can I do in the middle?
